We first developed this important program in direct response to the needs of our school-aged students to aid them in performing at their highest level possible. The program has proven so successful that we have introduced it to our to our adult students.  The program has  expanded to help people of all ages overcome learning challenges. This program works by developing underlying processing skills, processing speed, and executive function. Free personalized assessment testing is used to pinpoint the learning weaknesses.

Experts24-7 is unique in that we offer both academic coaching and brain training in addition to supplemental tutoring .These programs help students gain competency in  specific academic subjects (language arts, math, science, etc.).

Our academic coaching professionals  are experienced educators  who use advanced techniques to help students increase their academic skills by focusing on the process of learning,  including but not limited to, self-motivation, organization, note taking, strategic test taking & enhancing memory/recall power.

We at Experts feel so strongly about the benefits of academic coaching and brain training that we include one session per month with one of our coaches in all of our tutoring packages. All students enrolled in a tutoring program are encouraged to attend — not just those struggling. This session focuses on learning and study skills. Once students and parents experience what this program can do to enhance learning skills, many choose to continue beyond the initial free session. The ongoing sessions provide students with the necessary support that further develops their skills and attitude toward completing assignments on time.

Our Regional Academic Directors are in charge of our academic coaching program. Our RAD’s are responsible for the development and enhancement of coaching protocol coordinated with our national efforts.

Local school curriculum

CURRICULUMSince children learn much through interaction, our learning system is designed to supplement the classroom curricula in all classes to emphasize collaboration between learners and the classroom learning tasks.

In the classroom of local schools the teachers rely on the active learning ability of the student that allows learning to take place. At Experts24-7 it’s our supplemental tutoring responsibility to make sure that all assignments meet some degree of their students’ acceptance of need. This secures student loyalty, which carries the student through whatever relatively

meaningless tasks might be necessary to satisfy official requirements.

3 way supplemental blended learning 

TRAINING-&-DEVELOPMENTWith appropriate personalized help from the right supplemental educators, children can often perform tasks that they are incapable of completing on their own. This involves, scaffolding – where our supplemental educators continually adjust the level of help in response to the child’s performance. We call this effective form of learning A.S.L.P. scaffolding. This system produces more than merely immediate results, but also encourages skills necessary for future independent problem solving that last a lifetime.

How Brain-based Learning Impacts Education:

 

  • Curriculum – Brain-based Learning is combined with Academic coaching, academic core subject tutoring and designed around the local school classroom curriculum so learning is coordinated and contextual.
  • Instruction – academic coaches controls mentoring & brain-related learning, academic tutors assist student learning around real problems, encouraging students to learn one on one, in teams, in personal study space, with a study buddy and homework helpers in settings outside the classroom.
  • Assessment – Since all learning is personal and customized their assessment allow them to understand their own learning styles and preferences. The assessment also allows our educators to monitor and enhance the learning process of each student.

Experts24-7 methods aim is twofold pinpointing what the student has learned and what our academic educators must focus on for potential development.

The academic coach has the added responsibility of inspiring the student to want to learn more at any given time. This is where our added value of mentoring comes into play.

Our team of educators is always working hard to make the intrinsic rewards of doing the work clear to your sons and daughters, correlating any proposed assignments to the students’ basic needs. This is where grade improvements become indicators of what has and hasn’t been learned. This encourages deeply motivated students who are doing quality work from having to fulfill meaningless requirements.

Learning from assessment is used by our academic coaches to involve brain training in four separate processes:

  • Attention – Student cannot learn unless they pay attention to what’s happening around them
  • Retention – Student must not only recognize information but also remember it at some later time
  • Production – Student must be physically and intellectually capable of producing the act which involves skills that has not yet been acquired
  • Motivation – The student will perform the act only if motivation or reason to do so is present

Attention and retention allow learning to take place but motivation control the action

Potential learning ability

INFINITYThe same assessment given to two children of the same age and grade level may indicate the same level of actual academic learning. However, with the appropriate academic assistance combined with brain training, their individual potential becomes infinite.
